You can become a Host if you are an individual, business, household, or company that legally owns or manages vehicles for rent, including cars, motorcycles, scooters, campervans, or other vehicle types supported by Mirencar. All vehicles must have valid legal documents, meet safety requirements, and comply with Vietnamese regulations.

Creating an account and listing your vehicles on Mirencar is completely free. You only pay a service fee when a booking is successfully completed. The current service fee is 10% of the rental amount and may be updated from time to time. Any changes will always be announced in advance.

Renters can choose to: Pay the refundable security deposit through Mirencar. Pay the deposit directly to the Host. When the deposit is paid through Mirencar, the platform provides secure deposit management, claim handling, refunds, and support for post-rental traffic violations. If the deposit is paid directly to the Host, both parties are responsible for agreeing on how the deposit will be held, refunded, and used to resolve any disputes or damages.

If the renter pays the security deposit through Mirencar, the deposit will be held for approximately 15 days after the trip ends (subject to Mirencar's current policy) to allow time for traffic violations to be reported. If a traffic violation is identified during this period, the Host can submit a claim through the platform, and Mirencar will assist in communicating with the renter. If a violation is reported after the deposit has already been refunded, Mirencar will still help the Host contact the renter and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Vehicle rentals involve certain risks. Mirencar helps reduce those risks by: Verifying renter information before bookings. Providing secure online payments and security deposit management. Supporting the claims and compensation process during incidents. Assisting communication and dispute resolution between Hosts and renters. For additional protection, Mirencar recommends that Hosts: Maintain appropriate vehicle insurance. Install both wired and wireless GPS tracking devices. Inspect and photograph the vehicle before and after every rental.
